  The area is really nice at the Seaport, near the Tin Building, about a 10 minute walk to all the subways including the Path train. Surprisingly pretty quiet at night even on the 2nd floor where we stayed. Hotel is lovely, staff was lovely, we enjoyed our stay.

  Nothing to not like... it was still being built on another floor. The only thing is there was a strange chemically smell in the room. Don't know if it was their cleaning stuff or something from the construction.

  The carpet was not vacuumed. Black dog hair on rugs. Bathroom had not been moped, bar of soap the size of a 50 cent piece. Did not appear to have been dusted in a while. Coffee maker was dusty and tank still had water in it from last tenant. Outside trash cans full. Needs onsite office and staff
