      Enjoyed the pool and there was a man at the front desk I wish I knew his name he had excellent customer service he always smiled and went above and beyond very nice man the best person honestly at the front desk he checked us out and there was a small issue in the room and he went immediately and took care of it.

      I was thinking by the pictures that it was going to be a little nicer don't get me wrong it was very clean . Plus on the website it shows like they still have a sauna they clearly don't anymore so they should update that on the website

      The lodge itself was very comfortable. There was an outdoor porch with a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside. It was located about 15 minutes from Gettysburg and as a result was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable!

      I stayed a couple of nights, thinking it would get better, but the management got worse. Roaches in my room. Got yelled at for having a package delivered…

      The sketchy neighborhood and the random people who hang around the neighborhood. Somewhat reached over the gate that didn’t have a reservation and came and spent the night, looked like a homeless person.

      The best part of this hotel is its location to the beach

      Everything else Room was dirty, mold in bathroom, cabinet doors broken in kitchen, fridge had food left in it, frost door didn’t shut all the way and lock was broke, used free parking as a filter but upon check in was told $17 day fee, parking was tight, communication about check in was non existent~had to call number on sign to get check in directions

      Not enough blankets, towels, or even washcloths during the stay. The pool was very cold when we arrived which for the price you pay, I think the heat should be included with the stay. The beds could be more comfortable indeed. Needs some minor improvements. House cleaners need to do a better job when cleaning thoroughly before each new arrival comes in to stay also. No one wants to use a toilet that hasn’t had the seat cleaned properly!
