The pool, bar, and lobby are comfortable. Staff are great and always helpful. Having the temperature in the lobby so cool is refreshing when coming out from the 90+ degree temps outside.

The gym is closed until 8:00 in the morning. While I understand that the gym is attached to the pool/bar, having a way to use it earlier would be helpful.

No place to unload, it was a long walk from parking to the front door (and it was pouring) I asked for a 1st floor room, they responded that I could have one - I was traveling with a small emotional support dog - but when I got there they said that the 1st floor rooms cost more because they had dishwashers. It was $200 more. I didn’t need a dishwasher for 1 night. I wasn’t washing dishes. The floor in the room was dirty. Dusty. But there was also some brown gooey stuff on the floor in a few spots. Lovely! They asked for a $50 refundable deposit, but when I checked out, they said they were keeping it because of the dog. I had given them a letter, I have never been charged for him, he’s 9 pounds non-shedding emotional support dog and they said they charge $50/night for dogs and do not allow an exception for emotional support dogs. But when I checked in they said it was $10 a night for the dog and waived it since he was an emotional support dog. So they kept the deposit. Also when I checked in, they announced my room number and there were a bunch of people standing there, not cool.

Walls were so thin you could hear conversations of other guests in next room. Beds were very uncomfortable. Elevators were out of order.
