  The property is beautiful, our room was spacious, clean, quiet and very attractive. Plenty of convenient parking, easy access and egress to/from property.

  Breakfast was a total disappointment, would rank lowest of any hotel I’ve stayed at for past three years. All of the food was cold. Frozen waffles were stale. Oatmeal was runny, more like soup. Totally out of place in such an otherwise very nice property.

  They were all so friendly from the check in to check out! They had a large courtyard we used daily! The room was so spacious!

  The location was central to our trip plans and needs.

  The room was dirty with stains on bed. The bathroom was unsanitary. Shower wall was broken. The drain was filled with hair. The Shower and Front door handles fall off. This hotel does NOT offer ice to guests. There are no ice machines in hotel. There is no counter space or storage for towels in the bathrooms. Shelving was removed and never replaced in the bathrooms. There was not a toilet paper despenser or holder in the bathroom. The room had a step in level shower that everytime you shower the water drains onto the floor. Two out of the three lights on the vanity in the bathroom were burned out. I asked to be moved and was informed by front desk staff that they don't do that. The reason i stayed was because I prepayed. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life.
