  The location was absolutely perfect easy beach access and directly across the street from Walmart and many food options to easily walk across the street rather than having to drive in traffic. Breakfast was phenomenal the guy making the omelettes couldn’t have done it better. The staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way possible. I noticed something different from this location from others and that was how alert the manager was he was always walking around the facility and ensuring everything was in place I personally witnessed him replacing pool side towels and taking in old towels for laundry also witnessed him walking the facility picking up trash rather than expecting other employees to do it. Leading by example was definitely in place.

  The shower head definitely needed replacing not enough pressure to support that style of spray head. The emergency fire hose was missing in more than one floor.

  The first room had ants all over the floor. Thankfully, they found us a new room. The bed sheets in the second room seemed to have crumbs or some other gritty thing on them. The shower was gross. I think it was too expensive for what we got but I am grateful they moved us from the first room.

  Facility was in desperate need of some repais, including the outside lightning. It was very dark outside which in my opinion was a big OSHA violation. No lights in the pool area or outside stairways..some of the rooms appeared to not be functional. The room we stayed in the screw kept coming out of the door jam plate and wouldn't let the door shut without pushing it back in.. my suggestion would be for Ramada by Wyndham invest some money in doing some maintenance on the facility even if that means raising the room rates. The ice machine was also inoperable. Looking at other reviews it seems consistent and the reply back is the same don't just say I'm sorry. Fix the issues.

  Hotel Charged 75 dollars, half of the entirely stay cost, for the pet fee. On the surroundings, all the pet waste disposal gears were disabled, and without any plastic bags (see pictures). For a 75 dollar fee this is unacceptable. The Room had hair on the floor when we arrived (See pictures).
