The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

I liked how the manager of the hotel took care of the rejected master card on the phone that Booking.com used. He told me there was no issue with my credit card, only an issue with the booking.com master card. I was relieved as I traveled a long trip alone to attend my dear aunt's funeral. My cousin was staying with me and other cousins were at that hotel. The manager allowed us to meet in the lobby area and talk without any issues. We are a loving family that was sad/grieving for my dear aunt so this was a comfort to us. We were very grateful to the manager for helping on the phone take care of the initial booking.com master card (used by agent was rejected). Manager even called me to say don't worry you will have a room. So relieved and bless to have his help.

That booking.com representative's master card was rejected that could have caused an issue with my reservation. I booked a room to share with my cousin so she could have quiet because her mother died/ my dear aunt. Luckily the manager phoned booking.com representative and took care of it. Was a bit stressful but manager of hotel was very kind and thoughtful.

This is a beautiful hotel and met all of our expectations. We are traveling for 18 days and staying at a new hotel each night and this was one of our favorite hotels. Beds were very comfortable and even the pull out bed was perfect for our kids. Shower was incredible and neat! Pool was really nice and hot tub was big and nice also. The breakfast was amazing. We received a $14 credit per person and it almost covered our breakfast. Our kids bought more expensive drinks and we had to pay $11 to cover that cost. Major thumbs up for this place!!!!

During my recent stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton, I had the opportunity to sample their breakfast offerings. While the breakfast provided was sufficient, it left much to be desired in terms of quality and variety. The breakfast spread offered the typical staples one would expect at a hotel breakfast, including cereal, pastries, and a selection of hot items such as eggs and sausage. However, the quality of the food was average at best, and there was a lack of diversity in options.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton over the weekend, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, check-in was smooth, and the staff seemed friendly enough. However, as I entered my room, I was met with a sense of disappointment. The room itself was adequate, but it lacked the comfort and charm I typically associate with Hilton properties. Additionally, the view from my window was far from picturesque; instead of a scenic vista, I found myself staring at a roof littered with rocks. This lackluster view only added to my disappointment. Furthermore, despite the hotel not being fully booked, I didn't feel as though any effort was made to accommodate guests or enhance their experience. It's disheartening to see potential opportunities for improvement overlooked. Overall, my stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton fell short of my expectations. While the basics were covered, the lack of attention to detail and the underwhelming room and view left me feeling unsatisfied. I hope that in the future, the hotel can strive to provide a more memorable and enjoyable experience for its guests.

Auto check-in is convenient, the host is very responsive via texting, the property is in good condition, and everything works as expected. The kitchen is great, very functional and clean. I talked to Lori about check-out time; she was accommodating and gave us an extra hour.

I'd like to see a bit earlier check-in, like 2 pm, and a later check-out, like 11 a.m.

The hotel was in a great location between Goblin Valley and Capital Reef Nt Park because we wanted to go to both parks. It was nice and clean. They provided a simple breakfast in the lobby.

The pool was closed, so I recommend calling to see if there’s still open if the pool is important to you.

Great location, great room, and friendly staff. This was one of our favorite hotels in or around the park. Gardner is a great town to visit Yellowstone from.

The area was sketchy but no problems arose. The frying pan downstairs was horrible and needs replacing. I tried to cook and smoke went everywhere very quickly bc the pan is so thin and crappy and it took 30 mins to get the fire alarms to stop. No small spoons downstairs. Most sinks had stoppers that didn’t work. The locks on the bedrooms didn’t work. The main master downstairs needs a door. Exhaust fan is needed above both stoves. Need baking pans, too. One of the downstairs recliners isn’t working.
