The stay was great. The hotel is right on the strip with plenty of food spots gift shops and the beach is less than 5mins away! The room was clean, the halls smelled great, clean pool and sitting area. There’s nothing I can say bad about this hotel. Friendly clerk and warm breakfast. Our 4 day stay was very pleasant.

It wasn’t the property it was the street work in front of the hotel. It was a nuisance but it didn’t affect our stay.

The selection of soaps, shampoos, etc. was very nice. Kitchen very nice, stocked well, and efficient. Loved the breakfast table and the outside deck. The sitting room was comfortable; didn't use the TV.

The twin bed on the right (as you enter) is very lumpy! Could have used washcloths and hand towels in the bathroom. Need more coffee cups. I personally was not the one that first arrived, but from what I was told, just finding the place and where to park was extremely difficult; thankfully there was still daylight and I think Julian was available by phone. The written instructions were good, but a detailed diagram/map would probably help.

Newly remodeled and very clean. Accurate location description, about 20ish min drive to Yosemite. There was a yummy restaurant next door with a walking path from the hotel to the restaurant.

I love the location. It was centered around plenty of restaurants, the outlet, and Walmart, with everything being withing a good driving distance.

When it was time to check in, the clerk seemed like she had an attitude not with us but just an attitude in general. The room was clean for the most part, with the exception of some pillow cases. There were no towels in the bathroom. When I asked the front desk, she said that she only had 1, and it was me and my 3 kids. There was no hot water in the shower. We visited the waterpark, so upon coming back to the room, the kids were cold, but guess what? The heater wasn't working. The beds were very uncomfortable. I've never seen my kids toss and turn so much. The fridge didn't work so we couldn't put our beverages in it. The microwave sounded like it was ready to explode when you used it. The experience was so bad that we check-out at 5 am. and just decided to drive back home early

I left my really nice earrings my husband got me and knew exactly where I left the and they said someone cleaned to room and didn’t find them. I asked if I could go up they said it had been swept clean I said if it had they definitely would have found them they were in the open on a cabinet. My husband went in to ask if they had for sure cleaned our room. there was a random man setting behind the front check in desk setting with his legs crossed on the floor talking to another girl and he started yelling and then the girl with brown hair started yelling they were acting crazy because we were worried about our earrings they said were left up at the front desk we left and called the police because there were being erratic and crazy.
