The staff was wonderful. They helped us extend our stay at the hotel. They also helped my daughter with a reservation issue that wasn't entirely their fault. The stay was arranged by a 3rd party site. They really when the full mile. This is the second time I have stayed at this resort.

It maybe not entirely an issue that was theirs.. I had problems with my room key. I know that one time it wasn't their fault. So it's not all their bad. They always were helpful fixing the issue in a timely manner. The only other issue is self parking at night their self parking lot always seems to fill up especially on weekends.

A very clean and homely place located right next to a metro station. There is a large yard and two terraces. The kitchen is well-equipped. The owners are friendly and helpful. The self-checkin works perfectly fine. The bunk beds are spacious and sturdy.

Extremely dirty, toilet looked like it was used few minutes prior. The pillows were stained and overall stink was unbearable. I left 5 minutes after check in. I lost the money but it's ok. I would have slept in the car instead of that place.

Pros: location, right at the heart of everything, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is ok. Starbucks next door. Nice lounge.

Cons: hefty parking fee (it’s downtown. I get it). The hotel concierge automatically charged my credit card for the days I stayed. I only parked for two days even though I stayed for 3. I asked to remove the third day. Sure, it was resolved. However, it took 3 different employees on 3 different times. The first two employees said they’ll make sure they’ll remove the charge but it was not. The day after checkout, my bill still reflected 3 parking charges. When I spoke with someone on the phone, she fixed it but I felt that she had an attitude. She cut me off during my mid-sentence when I informed her that no one told us that overnight parking is charged after 4pm. She proceeded to tell me that this is a “specific question.” This does not make sense to me as this is a “general information” to tell customers about parking. Hyatt is supposed to be a nice hotel but this kind of service makes me not want to go back or recommend it to anyone. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

They charge me twice for my room, and even after calling, emailing and complaining about it, didn’t give me a proper response. I paid the booking through booking.com BEFORE arriving, when i arrived the guy at the front charge me again for the room (he said he cancelled the payments but still went through). I talked to the manager about it and he basically just told me to talk with my bank, even thought i showed him the charge. It’s been almost two months and I still haven’t gotten my money back. The only reason why I stayed here was because it was close to the airport (they don’t even have an airport shuttle) and ended up paying double the price.

The beds were uncomfortable. But the linens were good and the pillows were soft. Also, there is a bright light in the parking lot, it lit up the room. I'm sure it's for safety in the parking lot.
