Easy access. The room was very clean, ac was super cold, shower pressure was awesome, and comfy bed. Is an older motel, but the rooms are remodeled and I would stay there, again. Most of all, the manager at the front desk, was very welcoming, and very accommodating. Will stay there, again.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, and it was in a great location for what we were planning to do. Also enjoyed the pool and gym. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast situation was incredibly frustrating. Not only was there confusion on being seated and paying, but we paid $30 for 2 people to eat bagels and oatmeal. Not worth it. Very unorganized.

Sink was clogged. Toilet was running. Shower not completely clean. Elevator door didn’t work properly. Food not tasty. The bacon seemed like it was plant based. So you tell me you you go back? One more thing. The Toaster took so long to toast a bagel I had to pop it up and just eat it warm. I will not return to that Hotel

I paid for my stay two times. I never received a refund, and neither the booking.com representative was helpful nor the person that I had to book the stay with at the front desk. I was told at that moment by the front desk staff and the booking.com customer service representative that I will receive a refund for the initial room that I booked but I never did nor did anyone reach out to rectify the situation. Terrible customer service on both ends.

I couldn’t sleep because people next room were been to loud, I call front desk and security came but they would just be quite for a bit and they would be back to been loud. The AC was not working property and pool and roof top was closed due to private event, I booked two rooms one for my husband and me and one for my kids, when I arrived I was informed that my rooms were not in the same floor, so my kids had to be in a different floor. At check out I was charged for two valet parking when I only had one car, but I was charged valet parking for both rooms I reserved.
