      Location. Alot cleaner than the other place we had reservations to stay at. Which was unfundable. Never use Priceline again. Here they were very helpful and clean.

      Just didn't like that the spa wasn't working. And wouldn't want room 130 again to much noise with people coming and going through the exit door.

      Doing updates. Rooms are nice and if a few people are with u not bad because of Buck beds.

      Had to change rooms. Then neighbors in other had tv loud until past 2. Had to get up at 4 to got to airport.

      Staff could use lots of training. Breakfast shelves were completely empty. Staff ignored it. Asked for recept and was given someone else's, twice!

      Rooms were clean and roomy, perfect size for 6 people.

      Too far from the strip (not a huge issue but walking there was hard due to traffic, etc), staff sometimes was not accommodating to our needs (our refrigerator wasn’t working and the dayshift desk attendant told us to just use ice for everything or we could bring it down for them to refrigerate it. We literally could NOT go without a fridge due to prescription needs and didn’t want the script out of our sight - one of the reasons we chose this hotel was due to the fridge access. However the night shift attendant brought us a new fridge and was very nice. Breakfast was okay but not great. There was an odd smell in the room right at first when we checked in but it went away thankfully.

      There was roaches everywhere in the room did not release until the morning when grabbing something from my bag and they were just in my bag and in walls especially by the refrigerator.

      I check in and they did not have any key for me to get in I told them I will get me something to eat I will be right back. I got back told the employee and he took his time and when he came he couldn’t let me in my room. I wait outside for 30 min then he brought me a key I had a report to do and didn’t get it done tell 2 am this morning

      Toilet didn’t work , they sent a worker to fix it. He came and fixed it and it worked for two more flushes. I had to take off the back personally and mess with it when using the toilet. Bed was not comfortable at all.
