  Everything was exceptional. From when you first walk in you just feel relaxed. You hear the waterfall and then you walk in and everything is decorated beautifully. But the best part was the staff. They were amazing!!! They simply made you feel like a family you so wanted to be a part and of.

  The staff members were not friendly, they seem bothered when you asked them questions. especially in the front desk. They also charged me $90 for the resort fees? My price on booking. com included it, and they did not return it. I asked several times, and they said it will be refunded. But instead they charged it.
