  We stayed for 1 night. Very large rooms and large atrium make a nice impression. Bed and linens were nice. Pillows were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty. Very close to airport.

  The room was exactly as described and the view was beautiful! Direct, private beach access with daily turtle and whale sightings. Plenty of grills on site. Room had sufficient towels, was clean and quiet.

  The dishwasher did not work upon arrival. With six adults and one baby, having a functioning dishwasher was important to our stay. We contacted the property manager to fix it but the communication from the handyman was not very responsive. They simply left the dishwasher unplugged without telling us when they would return to fix it. Finally, within the last few days of our stay, a new dishwasher was installed. No issues with the room itself, simply the lack of good communication and inconvenience of the dishwasher repair needed.

  Large spacious room. It is a beautiful place, just needs updating.

  Beds were not comfortable at all. Tv was so old and had audio issues it would sound warped after watching for 10 min. It has to be at least 15 years old. While running water in the sink it turned brown which was very frightening. It eventually cleared up but come on, that can't be good.

  Bathtub held water and didn't drain after taking our morning showers. GFI outlet by the bathroom sink (which you plugged the hairdryer into) was broken and wouldn't reset the GFI. When I reported this upon checkout to the clerk, he didn't seem too concerned it's only a safety issue...Dated decor. Bathroom tiny.
