Nice spot on the water. Good restaurant inside hotel, good selection food, wine and whiskey. The whisky room was a bit overpriced, but the person working had such an in-depth knowledge about the stocked items, that I spent $300, and was perfectly happy to pay the extra. Really, the guy knew his stuff!

Daytime staff was awful! They had no idea what they were talking about, and even got confused, and brought in a manager when I was trying to check in. Then, she scolded me before even asking me what the issue was. To be clear, I booked through an app, I had 20 hotels on the app, some I had pre-paid, some I had not. They lady at the front said I had prepaid, but then could not find the authorization. I had no idea this had happened, or I would have suggested that it was not in fact prepaid. Without asking any questions, they lady walked away without excusing herself, and I had no idea what was going on, and then the manager come out Angry, stating I had not paid yet. Terrible as I was with my family...

The bed was so comfortable. It was clean. I loved having a washer/dryer, plus the soap provided. The pool table and ping pong was fun; I didn't think I would use it, but we did and it was a lot of fun. The backyard is quiet and relaxing. The location was perfect.

Everyone at the front desk was very nice. They would answer any question qith a smile. The room was nice and had great soaps and hair shampoo and conditioner a plus for me. The breakfast was delicious. I will definately be returning.

I know there's nothing you can do about people's habits outside of the hotel, but seemed like everytime I went to my vehicle, I had to walk through a cloud o f weed smell

When I checked in there was a strong chemical smell in my room and it was very difficult to breath for the first night. The owner is trying hard in making the hotel great but lacks the finishing touches in the bathroom. There was no place to put soap or shampoo in shower and shower head would be fine for someone around 5 feet. The trim around door was not complete. The TV controls were broke so couldn’t shut TV off. I really hope the owner finishes remodeling because this is a great location for seeing my child at SUU
