My room was comfortable and I really liked the bed. This is subjective and I don't like very soft beds. This is the third time I've stayed at this chain and one of my favourite things is the communal space where there is comfortable seating in different configurations with a coffee machine and cold still and soda water. It's nice to be able to spend some time out of your room. There is also an onsite free laundry, that includes washing powder. I didn't eat at the on-site restaurant, but I did get a drink and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for an easy walk to Minute Maid Park.

The location ( for what we needed), space of the room, comfort of the bed and the amazing toiletries. The snack shop was nice also, a little pricy, though.

The could not find my reservation, which I made in April of this year. Ge had to put my information in and made sure they had the same room I had booked. Even though I had the confirmation printed out in case there was a problem.

Broken A/C during a heat wave and due to the complaint about the A/C not working he put me on the "Do not rent list" which I feel is very unfair being that it's often my home away from home and my kids lived there for seven years too.....HEARTLESS MANAGEMENT VERY CRUEL

Requested maid service each day by placing hanger on door but no one came. Went to front desk to get clean wash rags and was given a cut up bath mat rag with strings hanging from it. Obviously used to clean with. At first did not have an ice bucket in room. Had to get one from the front desk but no liner or lid. Then Ice machine stopped working.

The room wasn't quite ready when we got there. We was alittle early so they was running behind . They called my phone personally and apologized for the delay . So by acknowledging it that put us at ease.

We asked for a top bed sheet. The sheet she brought stunk and had blood stains on it!!! 🤢 The toilet was on a raised platform with no foot rest. Our kids could barely sit on the toilet seat... 👎👎👎 The restroom/washroom had no fan, and it was open to the living room from the top. 🤦♂️ The fridge was moldy and loud, and there was a bed next to it. 👎🙆 One of the beds was on the 2nd level with only a steep ladder access. (NO wonder why they don't offer any cancellation options during booking. Anyone who sees their accommodation would never want to stay... literally ZERO stars...

Tried to call office to let them know we would be late getting there- No answer at all & tried several times! finally got there a little before 10:oo pm & found out the desk/office was about to close until 8:00 am & we could have been with/out a place to stay ! This was a major concern, which could have put us in a serious condition! When I did get there to check in, they said they called to leave us a message, which I later learned was our land/line #, which did us no good because we were on the road, not at home !
