I really enjoyed the location so much! The mountains are always a great place to explore! Not only that, but snow was absolutely amazing! I wish I could come back and explore some more, and hopefully hike on higher mountains that I could've before.

I couldn't finish my hikes unfortunately, due to my phone battery getting low. I had to cut it short for the day. There's no service around here either, which makes it difficult to stay updated with people around me.

The hotel is fine. But I paid twice for my stay and have been waiting for a refund since April 4.

I accidentally paid for my room twice and the desk staff did not do anything to help me solve the problem. They kept giving me booking.com’s phone number and that was a dead end. Someone finally came to talk to me from the accounting office. He was very anttentive and seemed to take action to issue me the refund. He sent me an email saying the refund would take a few days to process. I still do not have the refund. I have been patient and only wrote him back twice. He has not responded stand I still have not received my refund. I called the hotel yesterday and was o my able to get to a message machine. They have not called me back. I paid twice for my room once through booing.com and my company paid by check as well for my stay. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. Complete and utter indifference to the fact that they owe me more than $1400. I will never use Booking.com again and I will not stay at this hotel again.
