Location is great. I was able to get ground floor. No elevator so was thankful we did not have to go up and down the stairs.

The rooms have odor to them. The first room we were assigned to smelled of cat urine. Just awful and very strong. The second room had an odor as well however it was tolerable and we had air freshener. The breakfast was a little disappointing but alright. No eggs, protein or fruit at all. Lots of carbs. Pancakes/waffles, danishes, muffins, breads, and cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee.

We booked room with king bed but ended up with 2 bed instead and when we checked in, the reception didn't mention it so we have to go back to asked and got the answer that " no king room available because they cleaned the Queen room more than the king room". We just didn't get what we need . Beside that everything was good

The room was sprayed so heavily with Lysol it was hard to breathe. In the morning, I could faintly smell smoke. The refrigerator door was difficult to open because the bottom of the door scraped on the carpet. Had difficulty opening door to unit. The key cards would not work very well

Today I experienced the worse check in.. I arrived at 420pm to check in to my room. The attendant was vwey rude and very unprofessional to me..He approached by asking my name and ID.. I asked him please do not put me on 1st floor. He then proceeded to ask me questions about why I don't like 1st floor.. Wnd he then asked me for a credit card for accidental, i told him that i did not have to do that last time.. He got very hostile and nasty with me. I asked him his name, he refused numerous of times, and told me that he do not have a name.. I am not pleased with the service.. This is very unacceptable.. Please find out this agent name .. He is a black african, or Haitian.. Need better customer service agents

They forgot to restock the room, no hand soap, shampoo, or conditioner to use. Our carpet had a giant hole with a spike strip showing and I stabbed my toe on it
