  Location was great. Breakfast was offered but unfortunately we did not get to experience any of it due to our schedule. The room was big and spacious like a small apartment. Everything was clean. Beds were comfy.

  There needed to be a bigger trash can for the mini kitchen area. Staying with family and having kids with you, especially small ones, the trash adds up.

  We noticed that there was security walking around in the evening and we liked that. Beds super comfy. Large and clean room. Delux breakfast was good as well.

  When we checked in we weren’t told that the wifi password was on the sleeve of the room keys. When I called front desk for it and told them that I didn’t know and possibly tossed the sleeve I was not given the password. I called back and spoke with someone else who gave it to me. The small fridge was in a cabinet that the TV sits on. Would have also been nice to have been told that, we didn’t figure it out until later in our stay. Would be nice to include a microwave in the room as well.

  We didn’t use the coffee in the room but it was very dark. We are senior citizens and My husband is a disabled veteran. We requested a discount but couldn’t get it through the location because we booked it through booking.com rather than directly through the location.

  Right outside of the park entrance. Had shuttle buses that were free that would take you to and from different locations in Bryce Canyon. Nice breakfast with sausage eggs and a variety of bread products. Service was good A bit understaffed. Friendly. Went to show at Ebinizers good country music.

  The one and only pool is located in the main building several 100 yards where we were staying. It was quite crowded and one would have to Traverse through the hotel when staying on the outskirts. The gym was also only located in the main building. We stayed before the 1st of May and none of the little shops in the community were open other than the hotel shop. The canyon itself is a half day exploration unless you're hiking biking camping thus I should have only planned to stay for one full day.
