Smoke alarm started chirping. Someone came up to fix the issue and took the alarm but never returned. Aren’t guests supposed to have a smoke alarm in the room? Noise from street very loud even on eighth floor. The bed was uncomfortable.

nasty unfriendly staff both checking in and out! Checking in had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. Never apologized for us having to wait. There were 7 angry people in there waiting for someone to show up, no better checking out. Rude!

I am very disappointed, probably one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at on booking.com. First, I was given wrong information about breakfast. I paid for breakfast on booking.com and called the night before to ask what breakfast times were. They have an automated machine that said breakfast was from 8 am-11 am. My father and I went to the lobby the morning of check out at 10 am and they said they weren't serving breakfast anymore. I was disappointed because I paid for the breakfast already and they gave out wrong information. I then checked out and there was $45 restaurant fee added to my receipt. I told the guy who was the guest representative at the front counter that I did not eat at the restaurant at the hotel. He began to ask me three separated times if I was sure I didn't eat at the restaurant. That is completely disrespectful. Also, be on the look out for a extra destination fee charge of $30 when you check out because booking.com already charges this and they charged me again for it. Honestly, this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
