      The roof over my head. The price was nice on the internet….show up is a depreciated, place in need of multiple basic upkeep repairs. The place is dirty, not just dingy.

      Depressing, place could be a gen if it was cleaned up. The staff is almost non existent. Until the pound on neighboring room and have a yelling match with the client next door.

      Room was in good location, away from elevator. There was always service at the front desk. Breakfast was great.

      Condition of room was not good. There was a running leak in the bath shower and I reported it 2 times. Basically each time they turned the faucet so tight, since original of leak was behind the wall, and would still leak after every shower. The bottom of tub was repainted/repaired as surface was uneven and bumpy. The mattress was not that comfortable and the fridge door kept sticking when trying to open. Since I was gone most of the day I didn't request another room but I am disappointed. When I stayed at the HomeWood Suites in Ronkonkoma last January, the room was in perfect condition, this time, the room at Orlando was definitely more used and needs renovation.

      This hotel is literally a dump. I hate to sound over the top, but the owner does not care. The pool had half an inch of sand in it, the pool chairs were rotten. The room smelled like straight up mildew. It was so bad that we had to go buy an air freshener. The carpet was dirty, the pillows had stains, the couches were torn, etc. it was so horrible. Do NOT waste your money here.
