      The inn is just off the main road and is set on a waterway, so if you get a room with a view, you get a view! There are chairs next to the water, so you can sit (and smoke) and if you're lucky (wasn't) a manatee may swim by. A bonus - you get free passes to Founders Park and the beach there is sweet.

      Just know that the property is old and dated but everything was fine - bed was comfortable, AC was cold, shower was fine. We didn't eat at the restaurant or swim in the pool.

      Dublin Farm was a great place to stay. It's out in the country in a quiet location, yet close to restaurants, etc. Breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again, and next time we will have dinner in their restaurant. We loved the animals!

      If I had to find something, it would be that we prefer some room darkening shades or curtains, but that is a minor thing. Overall, we were very pleased.

      Stay there? I could live there! Owners offered a well provided apartment with ideas on what to do in Memphis; site was very well situated and secure! Communication was ideal.

      I was a little apprehensive as I'd never booked one of these, but soon found there was no reason to be concerned. In fact, we were right across the street from our one tour bus stop to view historic houses!

      It is actually a motel , so the rooms are just okay. There's nothing bad about it, but just set your expectations. There was not even a water bottle provided in the room , no extras , just a basic room with a TV. No breakfast locations on site on weekdays :(

      The people that smoke, it is possible that all the hotel smells like cigarettes and the room smells like that too and in the middle of the night the were people banging the wall and we could hear it and the manager came to calm them down. For me this was a great hotel i’ll recommend not come here
