  Breakfast at Residence Inn was delicious! Different selections each morning! Servers were so very helpful and attentive. Excellent! Thank you!

  An overhead awning would be so helpful to load and unload luggage in inclement weather. We loaded our car in rain and everything was wet. Also, parked in a handicap parking place under a medium size tree (left of the main entrance door facing the building) ) and when we returned to our car it was major plastered with bird poop! Had to seek a car wash immediately so the mess would not be baked on in the sun.

  staff very welcoming - size of room- 2 chairs plus desk and chair. Bed comfy. coffee very good. could have good asian meal next door

  breakfast bare bones; not a good place to walk dog though there is a dog potty area. Shopping center across street. Not pleased about paying $245 for the night in a very worn complex. Feels like a bit of profit taking

  The staff wasn't friendly but were accommodating. The pillows were terrible, like throw pillows. The bed was ok.No coffee pot in room or upfront in lobby. No coffee, tea or hot water if we wanted to make our own. I really didn't realize the hotel was RIGHT beside a railroad track. The place to hang your clothes only fit 5 outfits.

  The location was convenient to SUU Campus.

  The property was not clean. The room smelled like a dirty vacuum filter and the shower and floor had hard water stains. The shower pan appeared to be broken. The lining on the box spring mattress was torn and hanging off the bottom of the bed. As I patiently waited my turn at the front desk, one of the clerks disregarded me waiting and ask the person behind me how they could be helped.
