  Location was in a back courtyard. There were no real views but we were in a handicap accessible room. I may book a different type of room next time since we don't totally need the wheel chair/scooter accessible room. Pool was very close since we shared the same courtyard.

  We were in a ground level room at a major intersection for foot traffic. We could hear everyone as they went to their rooms. Our window was also facing the courtyards and sidewalk where everyone that walked by turned and looked into our room as they walked by. Felt like a fish in a tank.

  The location was great. Equal distance to many things, and next to Union Station. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic!! The staff was fabulous and so kind. The bed and pillows were so comfortable.

  The noise from the other guests at 2am. There does not appear to be any insulation to dampen the sound from the hall or the rooms on either side.

  Just about everything! The only real plus this property offers is its convenience to Interstate 40. Don't be fooled by that nice photo of the entrance and lobby area! The classic "lipstick on a pig" treatment. The actual motel - the rooms and what you're paying to spend the night in - are inferior in all respects. The rooms are old, small, and the bathrooms will remind you of facilities in the 1960s - or earlier. The linens and towels were badly worn and one pillowcase on our bed was actually dirty. Perhaps the linen is so old it just can't be properly cleaned. The property's only ice machine was broken . . . To make matters worse (if possible), Albuquerque is encountering a significant problem with individuals who lack homes. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, and if you chose to walk, you will be pan-handled. BEWARE!
