  The nice safe feeling of this this hotel was amazing. Very clean and much more than we expected for the cost. Staff was extremely helpful, very nice and hotel was very nice and clean. We even saw some beautiful turkeys in the parking lot. The only downfall, was that when we got the receipt we were charged $14 for parking.

  It was easy to check in and check out compared to other hotels, it felt nice and quiet and almost like we were the only ones there!(this is a pro in our book) even though there were pets in other rooms, we hardly had to deal with noise or any other scent's. Even the parking was simple and always easy to find a spot.

  Our ice machine did not work which wasn't an issue to our trip but just the only so called “issue” we had the whole visit.

  I liked the proximity to Times Square and Radio City Music Hall. I also liked the discount on parking.

  The lobby smelled like cigarettes every time. Also night one there was a man with his pants down totally wasted and on drugs dancing bizarrely right outside the front door of the hotel where u enter from the street to the lobby. My 13 year old daughter and I had to walk by him to enter the hotel.

  Loud hard rock music from the front desk. Not very welcoming greeting from associate, no blow dryer, towels are super thin, no shampoo, etc., no comforter, it was cold.
