      Beautiful old hotel with Old Hollywood pictures and great feel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Good location to Paramount Studios. There was a wonderful, speakeasy style bar on site as well as a very nice outdoor patio area. Looking forward to staying there again!

      I didn't see any breakfast other than coffee and a muffin. Room was clean but had to request housekeeping. After working all day, I had to restock my own room.

      Housekeeping every day, restocking etc. For the price it would be nice to have something hot for breakfast other than coffee.

      Was conveniently located. Had nice lobby and also sitting area on second floor. Clean and comfortable.

      Room was very small for two beds. Very little space beside beds along wall and window side. Breakfast was limited and coffee was really bad.

      The pool in the lazy river was a great plus access to the beach was very nice

      I actually was supposed to be in a condo but had to switch over to you all because you was the only one that had rooms so it ended up being a hotel room instead of a condo with a bedroom and living room and kitchen. Actually, there wasn’t anything bad except being like a hotel room.

      The room smelled like wet dog. They need to replace the carpeting with different flooring next to the bed. The pool was dirty. No hot tub.

      The wait to check in and out was over an hour and a half. Also, even though I had arranged a late check out time I was inconveniently locked out of my room extending my check out time even further. Apparently, there was no communication of this and was very inconvenient on my last stressful day of getting out of town on time.
