Short staffed, arrived at hotel at 5:30pm , couldn’t get into a room until almost 7pm because no clean room was available due to short staffing! Had to meet dinner date with friends at 8pm so I had to ridiculously rush to get ready . Supervisor should have been there to help but chose to direct hotel issues from myself and other unhappy guest over the phone with the poor desk clerk whom also came in to help, Very unprofessional ! Parking lot with a mound of mulch taking up 3 parking spots ls in an already limited parking lot. Also broken down cars that have obviously been there a while. Trash cans in common areas over flowed with garbage literally piled around them from the time I checked in until I checked out the next day! I’m glad I didn’t try to check in at 3pm as it’s advertised to be available to do so !
