  Connie was phenomenal! She was so polite and helpful.Answered all of our questions and gave suggestions She had the same bright disposition when we checked in and then we saw her leave the next morning during breakfast telling everyone bye and wishing them a great day. Even my kids commented that she was great. Rooms were big, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of options and freshly made food.Overall, it was a great experience.

  There are 2 pools, the one has a waterslide and kiddy pool area. This would be a great place to stay with kids! The rooms were clean and had everything you need. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. The staff was friendly and caring, ready to meet your every need and make sure you were comfortable. There is a restaurant right next door to walk to that had excellent food.

  No formal way to know how to check‐in which was concerning with a family in the middle of the night thinking we had to sleep in the car. Bed linens were cleaned using a fragrance laundry detergent (not good for sensitivities).Very hard to see the facilities in the middle of the night; nothing marked on the road.

  They lie about having balconies. It’s literally a small square box on the outside of the room. There wasn’t much sitting space. They do not have any chairs or anything. They also lie about having a kitchenette. There was a toaster over and a microwave accompanied by tons of dishes. The lighting was terrible but the sun shines through for me. Lastly I had a fully paid reservation & they only returned $160 of my $200 deposits with no response or reason. Just an email asking me about a review. I might’ve have lied for you guys but you stole from me so here’s the truth.
