  Excellent free HOT breakfast. Room was very large, clean and super comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic, it's a full kitchen (including cooktop!). The lobby was very nice - lots of comfortable seating areas (breakfast is served in the lobby).

  The rooms never smell stale. The pillows always have a fresh scent or smell. When the pillows and sheets are clean, that is always a plus. I do not believe in laying on bedding from other guests.

  The young children using their hands and fingers at breakfast! No guidance from the parents, and me formerly in the food business, I could not eat any foods that were exposed to the children.

  The home was comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were modern and clean. The coffee bar was a nice amenity.

  The kitchen could use some attention - there is no way to make ice and all it needs is a couple ice cube trays. There is no can opener or sheet pan.

  It was fairly priced and they keep your luggage for you all day while they’re still getting the room ready.

  They charged me 30 dollars claiming they couldn’t remove a small “stain” from the pillowcase and towel and the “stain” was my red hair dye. I’ve never had an issue at any other hotel or place I’ve stayed and I’m positive it comes out with bleach because that’s how I clean my items at home.

  The water park was the only thing that's great. My kids had a great time when at the Waterpark.

  But the room had a musty smell, the floors were dirty and hair on them. Power in room didn't work properly. My daughter went to plug her phone up and the socket gave her a little shock. Went down to front desk and let them know and they did nothing. Will not be going back

  Breakfast was ok. Location was good.

  Tub looked like a pinto horse. Huge spots of different colors, curtains were frayed, chairs were worn out, (support, springs), and one had a hole in it. Refrigerator was missing rails in the door. Nothing would stay in the doors of the refrigerator. Very few clothes hangers. We left some in the room.
