- “Staying on this particular canal on a houseboat was perfect. There was a lot of boat traffic and friendly people passing by while we had food and drinks on the small outdoor balcony. The location is a block or so from a Metro stop and a grocery store is around the corner. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There were three of us- my husband, me and our college-aged daughter- we had ample room and it’s a lovely interior. We will stay there again.”

  The location was great - close to American University. It was a comfortable stay. The price was great also. Restaurants are located very close to the hotel.

  The workers (replacing carpet) were right outside of our room and began work around 7:30 in the morning. We were planning on sleeping in. There was not much parking.
