  Shirley is one of the most polished and detailed hosts I have ever met. She is friendly, informative, attentive and thorough. Perfect! Her homemade breakfasts were exceptional and her level of customer service is so far above par that it stands alone. She doesn't miss a detail - going so far as to set up your morning coffee pot so that you do nothing more than press the start button.

  The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The decor seemed new and the bathroom was also very clean. The staff was friendly.

  The location of the hotel was next next to the boardwalk and right in the middle of everything which was nice

  Once we checked in at 4 o’clock, there wasn’t enough towels and the telephones weren’t working. I had to request towels at the front desk. They took an hour to bring them back up and never came to fix the phone. So if I needed anything, I would have to go and ask Personally.

  Nothing really, other then it was 10 minutes from my job site.

  The first thing it says is it has a stove top in the rooms, and it didn't. The pillows were thin and only 2. There is only 1 washer and dryer for customers to use. I only have 1 day to wash, and it was always being used. For one week and a day, they charged 990.86. My wife found a better hotel and is only 5 minutes from my job site. I checked out 1 day early, so they charged me 152.53 for an early check out. I called them and they told me to call back on Saturday from 7 to 3 for when the manager is there. I ask why they charged me so much for 1 night, which Is on a Monday. No holiday, nothing. I guess they were mad. I checked out 1 day early. I don't understand why they charged me so much for one day when all the other days were 100 and down for each day. I asked that they say they dont have no set rates on their rooms. So they can charge us whatever they want. I work for a very big company walker engineering, and they make a lot of money off of the guy's being sent down here from all over. I just wanted everyone to know what this hotel has done for me checking out 1 day early. I don't mind paying for checking out early, but why did they up the price on the room that they can still rent out.
