  Within walking distance to just about everything we did. Reasonably priced for our time to visit Santa Fe. Excellent and generous breakfast. The hosts, Leanne and Alan were very friendly and welcoming. Exceptional! I hope to stay there again in the near future. Quiet location.

  I liked the price, the office staff were nice, the pool being open late was great and the area.

  The beds were not the same. One bed was super soft and comfy and the other bed was hard as a rock. Not sure if one was missing a mattress topper? Everything else was great.

  Tiffany the owner was very nice and helpful. The floor plan was good.

  The hot water heater didn’t work and had to be replaced during our stay and the yard was unkempt with a pile of broken umbrellas on the side yard. There were 11 of us and only 9 towels.
