      I was not entirely too impressed with the lifeguard. He made it harder with us having 2 under 2. For example, we came last year, and we were allowed to use the infant float. This year, we now have another baby, and he told us absolutely not. So we basically were not able to use the indoor pool. I'm all about following the rules, but I did not see that rule listed.

      The staff was nice about the horrible experience.

      Checked in. In the room for less than 10 minutes. Immediately checked out. The bathroom floor was filthy and had blood splatter on the wall. There was a COCKROACH crawling on the pillow. When we checked out, the concierge didn’t seem surprised at all.
