    - “Staying on this particular canal on a houseboat was perfect. There was a lot of boat traffic and friendly people passing by while we had food and drinks on the small outdoor balcony. The location is a block or so from a Metro stop and a grocery store is around the corner. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There were three of us- my husband, me and our college-aged daughter- we had ample room and it’s a lovely interior. We will stay there again.”

      Plenty of space. Clean except floor could have been vacuumed better.

      Pool closed and no direct beach access due to construction. The indoor pool was a main reason for booking and I didn’t find out that it was closed until after the cancellation date.

      Smelled like urine and cigarettes all over. On the way to my room heard multiple verbal altercations. Children running around the halls and screaming. Air conditioning barely worked. The clock in the room wasn’t even set.

      The location was very convenient and clean.

      The guests in the room next to ours had a dog that barked quite loudly and often. Not a real good stay when all this is going on. I was not expecting to stay beside a pet friendly room. Or maybe the guest snuck in an unapproved pet.
