      The room was clean and smelled so nice when we arrived. AC unit worked great and had little to no humidity. The TV screen had a welcome message with my name on it - something I've never experienced at any hotel, so that was a really nice touch! The bathroom had plenty of towels too and the beds were really comfortable. Front desk staff were super polite and helpful and the breakfast was good - coffee was tasty as well. I'll definitely stay here again in the future!

      I did find a small hair in the shower, but besides that, everything else was wonderful.

      Solid hotel in excellent location, some rooms are getting renovated as I type. Located at the end of trendy 23rd St, so walkable to a lot of trendy stores, coffee shops, etc. Convenient to public transportation. Good continental breakfast.

      Honestly for what I paid for I expected nothing. However the smell of the building and the conditions of the tiles and walls of the rooms could be better addressed. The humidity inside the rooms also made the smell really terrible. Also the elevators stopped working and having to constantly go back and forth in the stairwell that still smelled just as bad wasn't great. Parking was decent except it's very small. They didn't mention anything about facilities or breakfast options when checking in but like I said I had to book for a family emergency.

      The flooring in the room was really uneven also I think there was a remote missing from a previous stay. The lack of toilet paper was also concerning but overall it was ok. The pictures don't really match the hotel tho ahah.
