The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, the plumbing is high-quality, and the beds are comfortable. It's also very nice that there are automatic blinds on the windows, so you can sleep in complete darkness in the morning. Additionally, each cottage has a shared kitchen.”

  The hotel is situated on 10th Street, which is a great location. The balcony looking over the ocean was also very nice.

  The parking at the hotel cost additional which was unexpected. The main parking lot is also very tight and almost always full which means parking in their secondary lot which is farther away from the hotel. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud each time it would cycle on. The refrigerator didn't work at first and then it worked too well and froze everything we had put inside (causing soda cans to burst in the middle of the night). The shower was kind of dated and a bit gross. The lobby and elevator area is all very tight.

  The property was beautifully landscaped and has a very peacefu and welcomingl vibe.

  Our actual room was empty and dingy. The carpet is stained and needs to be replaced. The bathroom was also outdated and unpleasant. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. Looks like they're doing construction, so hopefully these things are being addressed. But the room was a stark contrast from the rest of the property and was very overpriced for the condition. Plus the hold they placed on my card continued to stay on for over 10 days after I checked out.

  The light in my room was not working . I called holiday inn prior to checking in to ask about the hot tub because the REASON I BOOKED S NIGHT was specifically because this location has the hot tub and sauna. They told me it was working and pregnant and sick I was ready to relax it was not working. I asked about refunding me because everything was going wrong … and the stuff in my room wasn’t working. They told me to contact booking.com

  The breakfast was just OK. The location is good.

  They need to update and make sure that they check, fix or replace things that are broken or worn down. They also need to replace beds and chairs that are old and broken down. This facility looks run down. There was mold in the bathroom.
