The property was clean and in a very convenient location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in lady was so sweet. The beds in the room were some of the most comfortable beds i’ve ever slept in a hotel. White water park is just right across the hotel. They serve no breakfast but that’s not an issue because they have full coffee bar in the office. They have real great price with clean rooms with microwave and refrigerator in it.

The location of the property and view of the harbor from the back deck were by far the the best features. It was a great place to have coffee in the morning and watch the sunset at night. The kitchen was also well equipped, and generally, the place had everything essential to a multi-night stay.

1. the DESK staff just marvelous! ....very friendly helPful..accomodating...( and all spoke ENglish....hurray!) 2 the pool area and hot tub very luxurious, lovely lottsa light..and Even an outdoor patio with chase lounges!

1. The lobby sitting area not usable as it was full of boxes and pallets stacked everywhere....as were some the hallways and entranceways 2. the cleaning AND breakfast staff did NOT speak or understand English. that was very frustrating when trying to ask for towels or soap...or coffee and more yogurt etc

Bed was clean and fine. Breakfast was decent. Milk orange juice, cereal, waffles, bread, English muffins. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. WiFi was good enough to stream. But rooms were quiet.

Very old property, the room was clean but the sliding glass doors and windows l of the room and the whole property was a mess. Walls, furniture were banged up and definitely in need of repair. The whole property needs care.

The room was large and had a great view from the patio just outside. The check in was easy and the Springdale bus had a stop in front of the property. I was there one night but had a very comfortable stay.

The uncertainty of how to work the showers in the other bedrooms outside of the master bedroom. The sofa and chair needs a serious cleaning. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. Also, please address the outside lighting this would be extremely helpful.

The room we had was handicap accessible. That being said the bathtub was completely inaccessible. Once in the bathtub, it was a slippery and scary experience. The adjoining room occupants could be heard through the adjoining door as though they were in our room! Let us add that this was through no fault of their own it was the door itself that was the issue. The HVAC was very loud even set on low and kept us up all night. In the dawn hours, the HVAC blower by the window kept the black-out curtains constantly open because of the airflow. We have been coming here for years and are now considering other options for our holiday stays. Additionally, the price of this accommodation, was grossly overpriced- even the front desk host thought so. We could hear the elevator nearby as well as the ice machine when in use. Such an unusually horrible stay!
