  We really enjoyed our stay and will return. We’d have liked to have been able to get ice without having to go out to the parking area. Our worst part was the noise from directly above us. All was quiet until 9:30ish. We had to turn our tv up to be able to hear it due to their stomping on the floor. It sounded like an adult riding a broom handle type of horse. Then running and ??? Through the night it quieted until they woke up the stomping off and on. We didn’t complain as maybe they were kids and we didn’t want to upset them. We will stay again. Our four legged was very spoiled with treats. Thank you to all staff. They were great!

  Wow, this is a deal. Comfortable bed and bedding, a window that opened over a tree full of birds, good shower pressure. Plus, they serve an amazing breakfast with lots of variety and good quality equal more to a diner, served with ceramic plates, real glassware and actual metal silverware.

  We were placed on a very high floor away from noise. Had a birthday card and rose pedals on table for my birthday.

  The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. We had old stained towels in our room and our balcony would not drain so it was partially flooded the whole time since it rained. Should have had robes and slippers in the room.

  The room had a strong scent of cleaning products, like it was masking other smells. The bathroom was musty, perhaps because the fan didn't work. There were hairs in the shower, and it was clear it hadn't been cleaned. There was a big stain on one of the comforters. The walls were super thin and an alarm from another room sounded like it was in ours and woke me up. My son wore his sweatshirt and refused to use the comforter because he was sufficiently grossed out. The floor didn't feel clean and I only took my shoes of when in the bed. We ended up leaving the hotel after one night and finding accommodations elsewhere, despite booking and paying for two nights.

  Our room wasn’t clean on arrival, we then received a different room and the a/c didn’t work, pillow cases were dirty, toilet seat was broke, and so on. Also cleaning staff knocks on our door at 8am to ask when they can clean, when checkout is 11am
