  Your room was disgusting and I wouldn't recommend your hotel to anyone. I feel like I need to get a refund or at least half of a refund. The room was full of bugs. My bed had dead gnats in it. It was gross.

  I didn't like the fact that the side door had no lock I didn't like that I wasn't giving a paper receipt from the concierge and not that I didn't like but I it would be thoughtful to have lactose-free milk on the breakfast bar
