It exceeded my expectations in every way- from the kindness of the staff to the comfort and cleanliness. The location was also convenient. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and I had a wonderful aroma oil massage a few doors down at Sense. Sunisa went above and beyond to answer my questions and shared so many tips for delicious food, night markets, and using the Grab app to book taxis. She was a true gem along with the other staff! Sunisa knew we loved papaya salad and recommended Som Tam Udon. We were happy to find a restaurant with authentic flavors from Isaan. The hotel staff were all so lovely and kind. Nova even shared some fresh longans from the local market with us. We traveled with family and we all were able to enjoy our own private nook and bedroom area. We were sad to leave as it truly felt like home! The presence of Luna the cat made our stay even more special and we would not hesitate to book here again.”

  The house was beautiful, very clean, and has everything you need so that you can cook, shower, sleep, etc. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of room for a large family to live comfortably together. They even have games and pool toys, which I thought was a cool bonus! I loved the touch lights in the bedrooms, and the sound machines were great for the younger kids. The tvs were large in every room. The location is great as well, very quiet neighborhood and close to plenty of shopping plazas and restaurants. The owners are very good about communicating and responding to any concerns or questions. We would definitely stay again. We really enjoyed our stay, and the home was better than I expected it to be.

  The only downside I noticed was that the master shower was very small and hard for my husband to use because he is over 6 feet and the hot tub looked to be broken and exposed (the inside lights) so we didn't feel comfortable using it, but other than that it was a great experience

  The price. I already spent a lot of money on golf and other things and really don't like spending a lot on a hotel that I'll literally be in for a few hours sleep. It was clean and very much worth it

  pool had lots of leaves and stuff on bottom, had not been cleaned. lighting in room could be better, shower area is dark. better lighting in bathroom AC did not seem to work well. was not uncomfortable, but didn't seem to get as cool as would like.

  Elevators weren't working properly, a receptionist was seemingly surprised by these pertinent problems. Problem 1: Partly, only one elevator was operational. Problem 2: Long waiting times in general. Room-related: Almost no air flow in room, even after AC adjustments.
