When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.

The family friendly atmosphere. Very close to the beach and shops. Had a washer and dryer on the first floor. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfortable. Dog friendly hotel. I had a GSD and a small terrier that were relaxed and had plenty of room to walk around.

Really liked the guide to LA and user friendly website. Room was very cute, a bit on the small side, but kept very clean and tidy. Pool and restaurant were great.

The location and convenience to the racino. We drove our 55 Chevy there and felt pretty comfortable leaving it in the parking lot.

It's a sketchy hotel with some questionable people and past activities.

Really nice room in a very cool boutique hotel. Great park across the street for walking the dog.

Onsite restaurant, while nice, has limited hours and is on the high end for typical meals. However, there are other options in the vicinity.

This property was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the views were breathtaking.

I would really love to give a better score, however, the cleaning fee brought my overall score down. I am a state employee and stayed at this property all by myself for a conference. I was gone all day long and was only there long enough to eat dinner, sleep, shower, and leave again so a cleaning fee of $433 was really inappropriate. I was trying to save money by staying here. My stay was audited (totally understandable) and I am no longer allowed to stay at any non-hotel when I travel. Also, the web site give explicit directions to the property but the app does not (but is not included in the reason for my score).

The front desk staff was very nice and also accommodated a late checkout. They allowed both my travel partner and I to keep our cars in the parking lot. The building was easy for us to get into at night. The room was relatively comfortable and good to be in. And for what it’s worth, I did check the bed for bedbugs when we first got into the room and didn’t see any signs of them, but maybe I didn’t check well enough or maybe it wasn’t even bedbugs, I just remember I’d wake up in the morning and have these marks on my legg resembling bug bites but different than mosquito bites.

I believe our room had bedbugs. I didn’t notice until after I had left and I had these red marks up my legs, but only on my legs. They were much itchier than mosquito bites and looked different too. There was also one day of the stay where I had to kill what I thought was a roach on the first floor hallway, but I think it was actually a bedbug, I just never knew what they looked like until I looked it up for myself. With that said, I don’t believe I’d stay here again, but if I never got these welts on my legs then I probably would stay again.
