- “We had a great time here. Perfect location, close to the ‘center’ (2-3 min) but far enough to stay out of the chaos. The villa has a beautiful design, it’s clean, well maintained, just like in the photos, and the garden is huge and lush, offering complete privacy. There were some constructions nearby but we couldn’t really hear or see it once inside of the gate. You can’t go anywhere in Bali without being within 100m of a construction anyway. Oh and we could even see the ocean from the sunset terrace. The host was super helpful, everything went smoothly. Looking forward to coming back next year!”

  The room itself was adequate. The guy who checked us in was pleasant. We didn't take part in the continental breakfast. We did find other places to eat, like a McDonalds, Subway, 7 Eleven close by. It was close to Luray Caverns and Skyline Drive and that was a plus.

  There weren't any outlets to charge electronics except the 2 on the lamps. There were no wall outlets. We did not know that there would be no housekeeping provided. We had used all the towels and wash cloths on the first day. The beds were never made. The little fridge was barely cold. There was an envelope on the desk for housekeeping. Housekeeping never made an appearance.

  Pool was clean and warm The restaurant had good food and super nice staff

  The was a fire alarm and the staff on duty at the pool didn't know what to do so they just got up and left without telling anyone they needed to leave the area. It took a maintenance man to yell across the hotel for them to understand. Train your staff better.

  Rooms were very amble and chic.

  The Hotel is okay, but very over priced for what it offers. The rooms are of excellent conditions, the beddings are extremely comfortable and of premium quality. but other than the rooms, the hotel is very basic. you can get much better amenities for the same price at other beach-front hotels. The receptionists are not very welcoming, Berkeley was very nice and polite though.
