Staff were accommodating to every one of my needs, incredibly nice and respectful. I ordered the room with no window, it was exactly like the picture. Bathroom exactly as pictured. Perfect stay for the price. Perfect location, right in Chinatown, 10 min walk from Soho area, a few min walk from Grand st. station to go anywhere. During night hours, the security door buzzers made me feel safe. I can't say enough about the place. It was everything I expected. I stayed for 4 days 3 nights. I came to see the city and save as much money as possible in a good location. Convenience store next door, had great food nearby, great bars around the area to walk and go out. I had a great time with my friend. I only went back to the hotel to sleep or shower. Other than that, I spent the whole day out in the city. It was a perfectttt trip. Highly recommend this place.

The only downside were the other visitors that left puddles in the bathrooms after they showered. That's it, but what can you expect? You're staying at a shared place. The staff cleans the bathrooms and trash cans very often each day, so I just woke up early in the morning and was out until late to take showers. If you're using the bathroom during hours that other people tend to use them, you're bound to see puddles. Bring shower slippers! Keep in mind there is no fridge to keep food in and no mirrors in the room. That's it!

No washer/dryer in the lodge; was sent to use the washer/dryer in the camp ground, but the door to the facilities was deadbolted. Also, not a single souvenir sticker with a waterfall on it was sort of shocking.

The aesthetic of the hotel was nice and it had a vintage feel to it. It's in a good location and has a lot of food options and tourist type activities nearby. Parking was also nearby which was also nice.

The room was extremely small. We got a queen room but it didn't look anything like the pictures on their website. The room was basically the size of the bed, with very little room to maneuver or store luggage. They also didn't mention anything about a "destination fee" of $25 per night, and didn't say anything about this at the front desk. They just charge your incidentals CC after you leave with this fee + any parking charges. It felt very dishonest and shady.
