      Staff was friendly and nice. Location was good also.

      The bathroom was not clean. There was soap with hair in it stuck to the shower wall. 3 of the towels in the bathroom had hair in them. I went to Walmart and bought cleaner just to clean up the bathroom.

      We were given a room with a bad view and strange glass — possibly opaque or else so dirty on the exterior you couldn’t see through it. Also it was small and strange layout. I’m a genius level on Booking.com and a Hilton Gold member so I expected to have been given a better room.
