      We have stayed here 3 times in this past (2002, 2012 & 2025). The family who owns &/or works there was great! The guys were super attentive & fast to bring us anything we needed. Only hotel in Cheshire so great location. The property has beautiful grounds & landscaping. It looked like they were doing some exterior maintenance work. They had a washing machine & dryer so you can do load for $2/ each load.

      After staying at this hotel previously the room we had this time was not as big or nice. The rooms & furniture was very worn out (ex. Missing stain on chair from wear, nicks that were never touched up on other pieces of furniture). Painted walkways missing paint & needed touch ups. Room looked clean at first. The high touch areas were very dirty. I used a Clorox wipes I brought with me & the grunge I got off the light switches, door knobs & other areas showed those had not been cleaned in a long time. I got a lot of dust off the backsplash of the office counter area in the separated room. That was the only area they missed dusting. The sheets were very rough & the bed was very small & uncomfortable. Unfortunately, there were 2 elderly chain smokers in the room next door so their smoke kept wafting into our room because they were always sitting out front smoking. When I would turn on the bathroom exhaust fan it would pull their smoke in even more so the vent must have been nearby for it. We tried to get sodas from the vending machine didn’t work.

      We booked a king room with pull out couch the couch had stains all over it looked like it came off the side of the road, changed rooms and the gave us a room without the pull out couch so asked for roll out bed took almost and hour and a half for them to bring it!
