  We really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was convenient to the beach (within walking distance) and the shops. We like being able to cook our meals in the room. We also liked having access to bikes that were on sight to ride throughout the town. Staff were friendly and courteous. Always had fresh towels available if needed as well as other supplies.

  I loved how my room had 2 bathrooms and the king size bed was amazingly comfortable. I ate at the Eastwind restaurant that had good Chinese food. I also love the bar inside the casino. They always have a new theme and the best Sunday bingo, Trivia Mondays and Karaoke Thursday. The DJs are pretty good too.

  I stayed in Rm 237 and the view from my window wasn't great. It was the back of the hotel where I can see a bunch of pipes.

  The bed was a little on the soft side, which worked for me, but not so much for my partner.

  Finding a parking spot was difficult as it has a shared lot with other businesses in a limited area. The pool was very tiny. It was not much bigger than the hot tub. I didn't feel comfortable enough to use it because someone else was always in there.

  The room was fine. I had no problems with the room or breakfast.

  What I didn't like didn't really have anything to do with the room or my stay at the hotel. I had a slight issue with the conference room that I booked for a training I had set up for the next day. At the beginning of the day, the temperature in the room was fine, but as the day went on it became unbearably hot. Everyone in the room was sweating and begging to go home. We made it through, but it was extremely uncomfortable. The only other issue is that I was told that my attendees could get a soda from the front desk and that would be billed to me. When they tried to do this, the person at the front desk acted as if they didn't know what to do. That issue was resolved super quickly though. I just thought it was strange that the front desk didn't seem to be aware of this arrangement.

  Only a desk chair in the room. We are a couple so we need 2 chairs. When the a/c would shut off, the room smelled musty even though it was nicely remodeled. It was hot & extremely humid outside so maybe that was the reason.
