  There was an issue with the house cleaning removing my medicine from the room. I had to purchase additional medicine and the hotel reimbursed me immediately for the expense. I was very impressed.

  The lobby, toilets and ground floor was incredibly dirty when we arrived and wet. The towels were torn and dirty. The breakfast area was very old and seating so worn your head was barely above the table on some chairs. There is no changing room or showers for the pool so people go in without showering. They state they cater to dietary needs but had no alternatives. You eat breakfast with flimsy plastic cutlery.
