  When we checked in I noticed a huge red stain on the carpet in front of fridge and it was really wet...Also saw some cookies crumbs on the ground. I called front desk to change room and only thing they said was they all booked up and housekeeping weren't available because they're off work...so we had to stay at that room and I had to tell my toddler not to step on it which was impossible.. I also asked front desk if they have dehumidifier because it was really humid in the room. The staff said they only have a fan that will make big sounds and she said I don't want that sound... Not a pleasant stay at all.

  Hotel is a little run down. Porcelein in shower/tub peeling and poor lighting in our room. We were exhausted after our trip, and had hoped for a better check-in. The person helping us kept speaking to another customer, who was already being helped. Breakfast was so so.
