      For this class of hotel, everything was fine. Check in was efficient, my room was ready, everything was reasonably clean. Although I did not eat there, it was nice there was an on-site restaurant as nothing appeared to be in walking distance except a gas station.

      The airport shuttle van is old with torn seats. The morning van to the airport did not come on time. The hotel called the driver and he arrived within a few minutes.

      Great location in the Crest with a pleasant, friendly staff who always have a smile and a kind word for guests. Rooms and surrounding facilities & common areas were immaculately clean. Great pool and ample parking.

      Coffee in the lobby was cut off FAR too early in the morning! People on vacation won't wake, dress, and jump in the elevator at the crack of dawn. 9AM would be far more reasonable and much appreciated!

      No breakfast. Floor not clean. Black sand or particles in the bed. Only 2 wash cloths and 2 bath towrls.

      A hand towel. Needed tissues. No instructions on what to do when we left. Not even coffee available. No ice machine.

      Location, price, staff friendly. Looks really nice inside and outside. Nice floors.

      The room had a strong smell. The surroundings smell like weed. And there were loud noises around since early morning. Also, the bathroom sink was cracked. The carpeted area in the room seemed not cleaned and had a wet spot near the bed.
