  The night we arrived after 6pm we had driven 6 hours with 5 kids and a service animal. We arrived here last minute after leaving another hotel where my friend and her children were put in a rm that had been a crime scene. We were tired, didnt know the area & the young lady on shift refused to chk us in with a service animal after "speaking to her GM and confirming they no longer take service animals because of previous issues". Although we had tags and paperwork to show she refused our res because of that. She didnt try to help us relocated or offer any type of assistance what so ever. We then had to drive around and find another hotel on our own in an unfamilair area.

  The fact we were refused our res due to having a service animal which is illegal. Not only that but being what we'd already dealt with after a long drive the staff member showed no compassion or concern. She offered no assistance at all with helping us find a hotel that would allow a service animal.
