      The room was spacious. Loved the patio off of our room. Access to the coffee station at the check in counter. All the staff was very friendly. The indoor pool area was great! It was kept very clean and the pool was nice. Very close to all the shops. Outside sitting are was also great. Loved the area with the fire pit. The free breakfast was good.

      Working in alto, the location was perfect and in the middle of a ton of stores and good restaurants so I didn't have to travel far to eat after a long day at work. The hotel is off the main road so it's also quiet. The staff was so warm and welcoming.

      The only thing I didn't like was it being pet friendly but that's because I don't like animals. But the ones I saw followed the mandatory leash policy

      I liked the guarded parking area. As i didn't really feel safe in that part of the city at least i knew our car was safe.

      I couldn't open the bedroom window. I assumed it was because of the fire escape ladders on the outside of the building so i didn't make a fuss about it but it would have been nice if i could have opened the window a bit.
