      The location cannot be beat. The second room we had, was beautiful. And the price was good for the location. All staff bar one were friendly and kind. The swimming pool was small but perfect and really picturesque.

      We arrived after Jazz fest for a 4 night stay. We didnt know we had to move on the last day. Supposedly, we had received an email about this but we couldnt find it anywhere in the mail. It turns out its a time-share concept, so something we weren't aware of. It felt as if hotel guests were used ton fill up any vacancies but this wasn't clear to me from the start.The receptionist didn't smile once and just threw this info at us. When we said this was new to us and whether another room was available for the full 4 days she just sighed and gave us a cold glare.... The first suite we were allotted was on the top floor and only had one smallish window with a view of row of extraction fans. It was therefore clautrophobic. It was also right next to the lift so some noise came from there, though we had specifically asked for a room not next to the lift. The suite was clean except for the floor which was sticky in places and needed a good clean.
